We are looking for a “Finance Executive/Manager” in our Head Office located in Ankara. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent from a reputable university,
• Solid experience of Accounting, IFRS and Turkish GAAP including basic Tax knowledge
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Professional qualification/degree in finance/accounting- CPA, MBA, CMA, CFA or similar would be a plus,
• Big 4 background is a plus,
• SAP experience is a plus,
• Excellence in Microsoft Office applications,
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills, results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion, managing, interaction and negotiation skills,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization,
• Genuinely interested in developing others and works cooperatively with peers, management, subordinates, and other departments,
• Respected and enthusiastic leader, broad/strategic thinker.

Job Description

• Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions),
• Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems,
• Tracking the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement,
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements,
• Preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting,
• Participating in strategic data analysis, researching, and modeling for senior company leadership,
• Guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term,
• Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and performing ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem-solving and business improving recommendations,
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and guidance on strategy, plans, and performance at business;
• Prepares short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts;
• Responsible for monthly treasury closing;
• Prepares the finance annual budget plans,
• Taking an active role in ERP and management reporting processes in line with routine system improvements,
• Coordinates treasury related functional and business issues,
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Ensuring an on-time collection of receivables and reconciliations with all 3rd parties.
