Teknik Koordinatör

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator who will undertake the administrative and technical responsibilities within the framework of the after-sales activities of the products of which we are the Turkish Distributer of the pump and equipment manufacturers, carry out the service organization, organize the relations between the customer - the company and the manufacturer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To make domestic and international orders and supply of repair- maintenance, on-site service, commissioning, spare parts and customer request regarding the standard type pump group,
• Planning the workflow of the service team, carrying out and reporting all kinds of relations with the foreign manufacturer on related issues,
• In custom made pumps, fulfilling customer demands such as engaging, spare parts and estimation and in-place service and installation,
• Accompanying the technical teams from abroad, making regular reports to the manufacturer,
• Regularly visiting key account customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Min.5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Ability to effectively communicate complex engineering and operational issues,
• Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Turkish,
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
