* minimum 5 years of experience in retail sector

* in-depth understanding of the company's current products and future concepts
* ability to think creatively and innovatively
* budget management skills and proficiency

* familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, etc.

* excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
* experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

* taking brand ownership and providing vision, mission, goals & strategies
* translating brand strategies into brand plans & brand positioning
* leading creative development and creating motivating stimulus to get targeted population to "take action"
* establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
* measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals
* monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues, to oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
* monitoring product distributions and consumer reactions, anticipating bottlenecks
* brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies
* managing product portfolio, developing the brands with innovative marketing plans
* minimising the costs in sales activities and supporting sales profitability
* increasing the customer satisfaction
