As Saint-Gobain Weber Turkey, we are looking for aProcess Development Responsible to be assigned to ourGebze Plant, with the qualifications listed below.
Qualifications
• Graduate of universities’ Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry departments.
• Have a good command of English.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and in team management.
• Have experience in industrial relations.
• Preferably able to use AutoCAD or similar engineering tools.
• Have knowledge of the legal regulations required by the job (OHS and Environment, etc.).
• Have raw material processing process knowledge.
• Preferably have knowledge of WCM, Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance, and be familiar with 5S practices.
• Have effective communication skills.
Job Description
• Manage and monitor daily production operations; ensure coordination of machinery, equipment, and workforce.
• Analyze disruptions in production, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions, and report them.
• Contribute to productivity, quality, and cost improvement projects and monitor production performance.
• Ensure the creation and updating of SOPs and benefit from digital tools.
• Carry out production in accordance with occupational health and safety rules and work in line with risk analyses.
• Manage production reports, energy analyses, and stock management; manage counting and tracking processes.
• Lead and manage production personnel; monitor man/hour and benchmarking studies.
• Support investment and maintenance processes; determine investment needs and follow up on them.
• Actively participate in WCM activities and complete projects by following project targets
