About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager / Production Supervisor to take full ownership of our product assembly line. You will lead our team, optimize workflows from raw components to finished products, and ensure strict quality control while keeping stakeholders updated with clear reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Ownership: Oversee all manufacturing steps: Inventory, Casing/Enclosure assembly, PCB assembly, Firmware programming, Quality Control (QC), and Packaging.

• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train workshop technicians to meet daily production targets.

• Process Tuning: Continuous optimization of the assembly line to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce waste.

• Reporting: Maintain clear, data-driven reporting for company stakeholders regarding production yields, inventory levels, and lead times.

Requirements

• Technical Background: Solid, practical knowledge of electronics, PCB assembly, QC, and embedded systems.

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role (Production Supervisor, Workshop Manager, or Lead Electronics Technician).

• Work Style: Highly self-organized with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a clean, disciplined production floor.

• Mobility: Ability to travel as needed (for exhibitions, customer support, or coordinating with manufacturing partners).

• Languages: Good professional command of both written and spoken English and Turkish.

• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and proficiency with Excel/inventory software for reporting.
