QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: sales support and social media management, Turkey
Responsibilities:
1. Assist salesmen to prepare quotations, sales contracts, etc.
2. Responsible for communication with customs agent for customs clearance of imported machines, including payment of customs tax.
3. Responsible for preparing the customs documents of imported machines with the product manager.
4.Responsible for office document archiving
5. Responsible for the payment process of public expenses, e.g. office expenses, cleaning, etc.
6. Responsible for collecting and sending daily customer visit report from each sales staff, summarizing and organizing minutes in weekly sales meeting.
7. Assisting sales staff for customer acceptance
8. Responsible for social media advertising, website maintenance, preparation of fairs and customer days.
