Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance our Purified Terephthalic Acid manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the maintenance team, ensuring the plant operates efficiently, safely, and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of the plant.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure the plant is well-maintained, reliable, and safe.
• Coordinate with production managers to ensure that maintenance activities do not interfere with production schedules.
• Identify and diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Manage the plant's maintenance budget and track spending against it.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures to maximize equipment uptime and minimize maintenance costs.
• Participate in capital projects to ensure that new equipment is installed and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 10 years experience in maintenance management in a petro-chemical or refinery.
• Experience/Leadership of Reliability Centered Maintenance processes.
• Experience using root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared, acoustic, tribology, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of machinery, with prior experience in instrumentation and electrical equipment
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Able to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and processes.
• Good knowledge of microsoft applications & asset management software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to speak English fluently
