QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Thorough understanding of HVAC principles, specifically cooling and basic knowledge of electricity
- 1-2 years of field service repair and customer service with HVAC, Precision cooling equipment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Strong interpersonel & communication skills,self motivated,able to work in a team.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English,
- Having a valid driving license.
- No restriction for travelling.
- Can work with flexible working hours
İŞ TANIMI
Delivering field service support which includes troubleshooting, maintenance, site expertise, installation.
Performing site works following scheduled/unscheduled service plan.
Deciding warranty cases according to warranty directives and preparing the warranty reports.
Delivering technical trainings to customers.
Providing technical support to Schneider Electric Sales team, partners and customers.
Providing technical support for technicians.
Understand the customer needs and take necessary actions to create appropriate solutions.
Understands and complies with the company and customer HSE policies and procedures.
Ensure effective communication with team members.
Performing site works following scheduled/unscheduled service plan.
