QUALIFICATIONS

·       University degree

·       2-5 Years of experience in Foreign trade, Transportation or Supply chain

·       Advanced level of English (2^nd language preferred French or German)

·       Able to do performance and operation analyzes, and reporting

·       High communication skills

·       Teamwork Spirit

·       Time management and flexibility

·       Ability Self-starting and assume end to end ownership

·       Knowledge of Letter of Credit and Incoterms is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope of the role:

·       Lead and support Transport Operation (Export, Local),Invoicing, Shipment and Follow up with Project Management, Forwarder,Custom Broker and End Customer

·       Lead and manage daily operations

·       Responsible to optimize operations to ensure Customer satisfaction

·       Main responsibilities

 Operations:

o   Define and implement transport plans.

o   Preparing operation documents for export.

 Customer satisfaction:

o   Daily/ weekly OTDT (On time delivery transport),  OTDC (On time delivery to customer) Gap follow up and communication with carriers (regular review with carriers and custom broker)

o     Responsible to follow Transport DCR (Delivery Complaint rate) performance in LT (Lead time) and drive improvement actions
