JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manages, coordinates and supervises subordinates and staff related to receiving, handling, storage, product rotation, picking, shipping, document issuing.
• Ensures a clean, tidy and safe work environment in all internal and external storage, shipping and receiving areas.
• Organizes areas and operations of storage, picking, shipping and receiving in order to guarantee accuracy and safety by efficiently using workforce, space and tools (eg. forklifts, racks, weightbridge) available.
• Directly acts and cooperates with other managers of the Plant in order to quickly intervene in the case of unfilled lines and delays in shipping and delivery of products to the customer.
• Is responsible for the accuracy of ERP system inventory of all materials and products in the plant.
• Is directly involved in the physical inventory process. Monitors and reduces inventory discrepancies to insure accuracy and reduces problems in the reporting of inventory transactions
• Is responsible of the organization and management of trucks circulation in the site.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering diciplines. 
• At least 10 years experience in logistics and warehouse amangement functions especially in a producer company. 
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience for white/blue collar staff
• Excellent knowledge of English is essential
• Very good command of MS Office Applications
• Good at reporting and presentation skills
• Strong Leadership and negotiation and communication skills and team oriented
• Strategic minded,  commercial awareness and result oriented
• Active driver
• Completion of military service for male candidates
• Resident or willing to resident in Ankara.
