?? Position Summary
Our company’s growth objectives, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist who will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, and effectively coordinate employee events and communication activities.
?? What will you be doing?
- Prepare and publish job advertisements for blue-collar and white-collar positions
- Manage candidate applications, including screening, interview coordination, and overall process follow-up
- Analyze recruitment channel performance and implement improvement actions
- Plan and manage recruitment channels such as job portals, agencies, and social media
- Take an active role in employer branding activities such as career events, fairs, and university collaborations
- Contribute to content creation and social media planning processes
- Develop communication practices to improve candidate experience
- Coordinate employee events and communication activities.including announcements, events, and content flow
- Carry out blue color centered engagement HR Boddy Project.
- Ensure effective and up-to-date use of communication channels (e.g. intranet, digital screens)
- Support employee engagement initiatives through communication and organizational projects
? Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience prefably production enviroment -based in recruitment, employer branding, and internal communications
- Good experience blue -color recruitment and retention process.
- Good command of English
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Analytical mindset, result-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
