Quality Assurance Manager

For a well-established institution that is one of the important organizations in the automotive supply sector; 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering),

At least 10 years of managerial experience in the Automotive / Automotive Supplier industry,

Hands-on experience in implementation and auditing of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 10002, ISO 27001, and customer-specific systems such as Q1,

Strong background in process quality management; leadership in FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP,

Analytical, with strong data-driven decision-making and executive-level reporting capabilities,

Strong representation and communication skills; experienced in building, developing, and leading teams,

Advanced level of written and spoken English,

Residing in or willing to relocate to the Istanbul (Asian side) – Kocaeli region.

Responsibilities

Ensure the effective operation of the Quality Management System across the organization, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction; plan, coordinate, and drive all quality-related activities to measurable outcomes,

Represent the company in internal and external audits; confidently lead certification and customer audit processes,

Establish and ensure disciplined, consistent, and effective implementation of SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP across all teams,

Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 8D, and Poka-Yoke, delivering root-cause-driven and sustainable solutions,

Build and manage quality performance indicators; analyze results, drive corrective actions, and provide structured, high-impact reporting to senior management,

Embed the company’s Quality Policy throughout the organization, transforming quality from a departmental function into a company-wide mindset,

Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in line with sustainability and system maturity goals,
