GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our company operating in the healthcare and medical sector with ambitious international growth targets, we are looking for aBusiness Development Manager who can manage end-to-end business development processes, contribute strategically to the company’s growth objectives, and lead international market expansion initiatives.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or export operations within the medical device, healthcare, biomedical, or related industries,
• Preferably experienced in international sales and distributor management processes,
• Fluent in English,
• Experienced in new market development, distributor/dealer network management, and channel development,
• Strong knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and commercial planning,
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills,
• Result-oriented with a target and performance-driven mindset,
• Strong communication, negotiation, representation, and persuasion skills,
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel.

Job Description

• Research, develop, and manage new market, customer, and business partnership opportunities in line with the company’s growth objectives,
• Establish, develop, and monitor distributor/dealer networks in target countries,
• Strengthen relationships with existing business partners and develop strategic action plans to increase sales volume,
• Conduct market, competitor, pricing, and product analyses and provide strategic reports and recommendations to senior management,
• Take an active role in new product launch processes and contribute to commercial positioning and growth strategies,
• Plan and manage international exhibitions, congresses, customer visits, and business development activities,
• Work in coordination with sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve commercial targets,
• Prepare regular performance reports regarding business development activities and present them to senior management.
