We’re looking for Guest Relations Specialist who will be part of our growing team at Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company in Silivri, İstanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of preferably Tourism and Hotel Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related departments,
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the hospitality sector (preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations departments),
• Advanced level of English proficiency (a second foreign language is an asset),
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality,
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills,
• High representational ability, solution-oriented, and detail-focused,
• Preferably experienced in driver and transfer organization processes,
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Travel and Accommodation Management: Organizing travel, accommodation, and transfer processes for domestic and international guests visiting our company,
• Logistics Coordination: Managing VIP vehicle rental processes (e.g., Vito, etc.) within the company or through external providers; overseeing driver selection, training, and monitoring mechanisms,
• Guest Experience: Monitoring guests’ hotel check-in and check-out processes, informing them accordingly, and providing fast and effective solutions to any needs that may arise during their stay,
• Supplier Relations: Managing relationships with contracted hotels and agencies, monitoring service quality, and improving operational efficiency,
• Communication Bridge: Ensuring coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of guest hospitality.
