Key Responsibilities

• To guide the costumers in line with their demands and needs, and to give timely feedbacks about the process
• Managing internal processes, utilizing relevant system software, and performing data entry.

• To ensure that technical support and after-sales services are provided to customers at an excellent level. Be aware of customers' products at service, follow up process and raise flag to manager if necessary.
• Attending online meetings, arranging presentations and reporting to managers and costumers when it is needed,
• Accompanying to the technical service in the responsible field operations if required
• To work in a coordinated manner with the internal related departments  (quality, manufacturing&quality) 
• Good level of knowledge on business and customer (stay in touch with all customers within the responsible region and having contact info in all departments)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fields of Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Master's degree is a plus
• At least three years of experience in export sales (prefered) 
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, second language is a plus
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office and sales relevant programs
• Team player and strong presentation and communication skills
• Analytic thinking and problem solving abilities, follow-up the works & projects peridocally and disciplined person
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• To have completed the military service for male applicants
