Financial Control Supervisor
About Job
We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Finance Control Supervisor to join our growing international finance team.
The role will focus on IFRS reporting, financial analysis, feasibility studies, cash flow management, and ad-hoc management reporting across multiple jurisdictions and business lines.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong audit and IFRS backgrounds who are willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and internationally oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review IFRS-based financial reports and management reports
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Prepare feasibility studies, investment analysis, and financial models
Manage and monitor weekly cash flow reporting processes
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for management
Work closely with external auditors and consultants
Support multi-country finance operations and consolidations
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies
Support preparation of board presentations and shareholder reporting packages
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
6+ years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, audit, or IFRS reporting
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
Experience in financial modeling and feasibility analysis
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English is required
