 As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Services Executive” with the following skills and qualifications;


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in retail and/or trade marketing department
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback to collaborate effectively
  • Customer centric notion with an understanding of trends, beauty products and services
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused
  • Multi-tasker with advanced coordination and problem solving skills
  • Very good English communication
  • Very good knowledge of MS office
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an agile and dynamic environment


Job Description:

Reporting to Trade Marketing Manager; Services Executive is responsible for establishing Sephora as the teaching destination for beauty, including the success of in-store beauty services and classes. This position ensures a high level of client service by coaching cast on how to uphold our brand promise of personalized services by engaged experts

  • Supervise all services currently running within all Sephora stores in 3 different worlds; Makeup, Skincare and Fragrance
  • Manage the client experience as well as provide feedback to the store teams
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all members of the store teams execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service so that the store achieves and exceeds company objectives
  • Ensure store staffs are engaging clients with our innovative offline&online tools that complement their shopping experience
  • Enrich and expand makeup services 
  • Establish expert skincare services 
  • Boosting fragrances services through gifting/personalization
