As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a "E-Commerce Senior Specialist / E-Merchandiser" to work in Marketing department with the following skills and qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Experience in working with retail and especially web-merchandising
• Strong web culture, technologies
• E-marketing, Social Media knowledge and SEO is a plus
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and web tools
• Experience with Web Merchandising content, search
• Experience with PIM and Product data extractions
• Excellent problem solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to technical and business issues
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
• Consumer experience focused
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
• A demonstrated ability to work as a team player
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Excellent verbal and communication skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Oversee coordination and execution of Sephora site content updates to support marketing calendar initiatives and product deliveries, ensure site updates are made in a timely manner to support all initiatives
• Ensure qualitative merchandising
• Set-up and manage a seasonal E-commerce Merchandise Calendar for homepage, category pages, landing pages, and special promotions
• Super-user of content management system (OMS, PIM,etc)
• Monitor Brand Action plans, Investments and Product launches
• Manage day to day and seasonal update of all products (descriptions, translations, category)
• Assist in leveraging e-comm platform capabilities over all aspects of site merchandising including A/B testing and optimizing to achieve target KPI’s
• Identify merchandising opportunities to increase sales and conversion
• Plan, test and refine product listings, site search filtering and categorization tactics that facilitate efficient search, prioritization of key concepts, and reinforce a positive brand experience
• Build and leverage relationships with Category, Digital/Brand Marketing, and Copywriting to position key stories and products, and ensure successful launches of products.
• Support for preparing weekly selling, returns and site analytic reports in order to identify areas of opportunities on a weekly/monthly basis in order to achieve sales objectives and increase conversion
• Benchmark other web sites to propose improvement and best practices
• Support all marketing initiatives by creating engaging and relevant landing page experiences
• Active player in new tools implementation, and propose new ideas and solutions
