Procurement/Purchasing Specialist

alfanar|SFA Electric is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its growing Procurement & Logistics team. Based in Ankara Sincan ASO 1. OSB, SFA Electric develops and manufactures innovative electromechanical solutions while serving local and international markets with a strong commitment to quality, engineering excellence, and sustainability. 

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in preferably Engineering (Electrical & Electronics), Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience with ERP/SAP (SAP MM) systems is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions and manage competing priorities
• Persuasive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Structured, detail-oriented, and systematic working style

What You Will Do

• Manage procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services
• Source and evaluate suppliers while building sustainable relationships
• Request and analyze quotations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
• Follow up on purchase orders and supplier performance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient procurement operations
