Project Execution Engineer

 alfanar | SFA Electric is looking for a Project Execution Engineer to manage and coordinate customer orders and project execution activities from order confirmation through final delivery and customer acceptance.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales, engineering, planning, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure that projects are executed in line with contractual requirements, agreed timelines, and company objectives.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum two years of experience in project execution, order management, project coordination, or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams and technical drawings
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Availability to travel without restrictions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions and manage competing priorities
• Persuasive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach

What You Will Do

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of customer orders in alignment with sales commitments, contractual requirements, and project timelines
• Serve as the main coordination point between customers and internal departments throughout the project execution process
• Work closely with engineering, planning, production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution
• Manage non-standard product and customization requests in coordination with the relevant technical and operational teams
• Review, track, document, and communicate order revisions and scope changes to all relevant stakeholders
• Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks or delays, and coordinate corrective actions
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular customer meetings and provide updates regarding project progress, delivery schedules, risks, and action plans
• Organize factory acceptance tests and customer acceptance activities, accompanying customers throughout the process
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date project documentation and records
• Perform and follow up on relevant order and project transactions in SAP
• Support the successful completion of projects by ensuring alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities
