EMBA Electricity Production INC.(hereinafter referred to as the “EMBA”) is an overseas-based subsidiary controlled by Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd. Registered in Istanbul, Turkey, it is mainly engaged in the development of thermal power and renewable energy projects. The operational 2×660 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power project of Hunutlu is a key project under the Belt and Road Initiative. To meet business requirements, the Company is now recruiting one candidate with financial work experience in accordance with the principles of fairness, openness, impartiality and merit-based selection.

1?EMBA Positions Required

(1)General Job Qualifications

a. Abide by laws and regulations, possess good conduct, sound ideological-political quality and professional ethics, with no adverse records in personal files.

b. Able to work overseas on a long-term basis, physically and mentally healthy, earnest and responsible in work, proactive and enterprising

c. Possess good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong capabilities in communication and collaboration, organization and problem-solving; proficient in computer applications and office software.

Main Responsibilities

Finance Specialist

1. Age requirement: no more than 30 years old.

2. Educational background requirements:

(1) Academic qualification: College degree or above.

(2) Major requirement: Accounting, finance-related disciplines.

3. Work experience requirements:

(1) At least 2 years of working experience in power enterprises.

(2) At least 3 years of working experience in finance-related positions.

4. Title / skill certificate / professional qualification requirements:

Holder of Junior Accountant Professional Technical Qualification or above

5. Competency requirements:

(1) Possess good communication-coordination, planning, organizational and problem-solving capabilities; earnest and responsible, proactive, patient and meticulous with strong awareness of confidentiality.

(2) Have certain English proficiency to conduct daily work in English.

6. Requirements may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates

1. Implement the Company’s financial management system in accordance with theAccounting Law, Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other applicable regulations.

2. Liaise with financial and insurance institutions; take charge of daily corporate fund management, including fund planning, treasury management and account management.

3. Be responsible for accounting treatment, preparation of monthly flash reports and annual financial closing.

4. Perform management and analytical work covering budget management and tax administration.

5. Organize the formulation of the Company’s financial management rules and establish the corporate financial management system.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Candidates shall be of integrity, obey unified organizational arrangements and possess a strong sense of work responsibility. Upon employment, appointees shall undergo post-occupational assessment. Remuneration shall be implemented in accordance with the compensation system of EMBA and relevant provisions of Shanghai Electric Power
