Vacancy – Expert, Warehouse, Logistics

·        Location - Istanbul, Turkey

Key objectives:

1.     Manage the process of arrival, storage and shipment of material from external SIBUR Turkey warehouses.

2.     Carry out regular technical audit of providers.

3.     Ensure control of timely receipt of material to warehouses, control over the execution of shipments of material from warehouses.

4.     Control the execution of customs procedures; resolution of customs clearance issues; consultation of related departments on customs formalities.

5.     Solve operational issues with warehouse providers on a daily basis.

  Key responsibilities:

• Control over the execution of customs procedures; resolution of customs clearance issues; consultation of related departments on customs formalities.
• Analysis of the level of inventory and decision-making on the prioritization of containers for unloading at the warehouse.
• Work with warehouse operators on deviations in warehouse processes, identification of areas for improvement, corrective actions.
• Working out with warehouse providers necessary conditions and services provided.
• Identification of potential to increase the efficiency of the use of External warehouses.
• Formalization and description of warehouse processing processes for the implementation of warehouse logistics digitalization projects by related departments
• Participation in inventory management: preparation of data for the balance of products in SI warehouses.
• Preparation of surveyors; Monitoring of compliance by the contractor with the inventory standard; preparing warehouses for inventory; Coordination of warehouse and surveyors' work.
• Checking completeness of the information reflected in the inventory report, forming a comparison statement; identification of excess or shortage of material values, analysis of deviations.

What we expect form you:

·        Experience in logistic service provider; knowledge of foreign economic activity/broker services, warehouse logistics.

·        Experience in procurement in the "logistics services" category.

·        Readiness to regularly visit warehouses in Turkey (mostly Istanbul).

·        Software: SAP, Excel

·        Excellent English & Turkish languages. Russian will be an advantage.
