Your Tasks – What You can expect as Human Resources Business Partner?

• Strategic Business Partnering: Partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and people-related business challenges.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, attracting, selecting, and integrating top talent to build high-performing teams and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors & HR Operations: Act as the key owner of SAP SuccessFactors within the cluster, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and efficient execution of core HR processes.
• Performance & Talent Management: Drive the performance management cycle and support talent development initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture across our three production sites in Istanbul and Izmir.
• HR Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead and contribute to local and regional HR projects focused on enhancing HR processes, improving employee and candidate experience, and increasing organizational effectiveness.
• Regional HR Collaboration: Partner with the EMEA HRBP in Turkey on recruitment, talent management, and other strategic HR initiatives across the EMEA region

Your Profile – What do You bring as Human Resources Business Partner?

To succeed in this role, you combine strong business acumen with a passion for people and organizational development.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to HR Business Partnering
• Proven ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and establish effective relationships across all organizational levels
• Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
