Quality Control and Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a “Quality Control and Assurance Engineer” to be assigned to our factories located in the Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, who meets the following qualifications. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering), 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing process quality assurance, 
• Knowledge of ASME, EN standards and ISO 9001 Quality Management System 
• Experience in inspection and NDE methods for welded manufacturing 
• Good command of written and verbal English, 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, 
• Proficient in MS Office applications, 
• Strong leadership and communication skills; team-oriented 
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required. 

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements, ensuring non-conformities are prevented and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively managed,  
• Execute and oversee in-process and final quality controls in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP); ensure process controls are performed at required frequencies and measurement accuracy is verified,  
• Lead the preparation, field controls, and documentation reviews for ISO 9001 audits,  
• Support second and third-party audits (ASME U & U2, EN 3834-2, AD2000 Merkblatt HP0, EN 1090) by carrying out required field controls and documentation activities,  
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including quality plans, control plans, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCR),  
• Monitor the calibration and periodic inspection of measuring instruments and equipment,  
• Identify quality training needs across the company and organize training programs to improve process effectiveness,  
• Evaluate customer complaints and requests; coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments,  
• Coordinate incoming material inspections and supplier qualification processes with the procurement team,  
• Compile quality performance data and KPIs to support management review and drive continuous improvement,
