We are in search of a "Game Designer" with the following qualifications to take part inSimofun game projects which we will achieve new successes together.

• Experience designing UX and features for gamers,
  
  
• Experience designing and tuning game economies, resource management systems, and scoring curves,
  
  
• Expert with math and formulas relevant to game systems modeling and tuning, 
  
  
• Strong knowledge of game balancing and pacing, 
  
  
• People with game graphics and/or game development background are welcome to apply, 
  
  
• Ability to analyze existing competitors thoroughly, 
  
  
• Advanced English knowledge. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be a strong partner of our team and take responsibility to create top-notch mobile (casual, hybrid casual and hyper casual) games 
  
  
• Work with designers, developers and artist to design and develop new features and systems 
  
  
• Act as a product owner and create the vision for game play and entertainment 
  
  
• Monitor game performance, forum and customer comments for continuous improvement 
  
  
• Analyze real-time feedback and metrics and adjust game design accordingly 
  
  
• Provide leadership on market trends, patterns and customer requirements 
  
  
• Attend trade shows and seminars to maintain and improve knowledge 
  
  
• Model, implement, and tune level pacing, game economy and scoring systems 

Ensure product conforms to expectations in terms of entertainment, pacing, and overall fun factor.
