This role mainly involves carrying out operational tasks for our BPO services to US clientele during US work hours (between 4pm-1am Turkey time). We expect our candidate to work in a flexible schedule between 12pm-9pm Turkey time.

The main tasks will include parts of each of the following items;

Carrying out operational follow-up tasks related to past day’s operations within the time frames required by our business partners

·

Helping with day-to-day business relationship with business partners, including scheduled meetings, issue resolution, reconciliation of transactions and balances, and other business topics

·

Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on various business areas, using MS Excel and reporting tools

·

Working with and providing support to our call center operations and their local management to increase quality of output, maximize business results, and achieving daily/periodic targets

·

Designing accurate analysis models to answer various business related questions and assist decision making throughout the company

·

Prepare business reports/presentations to business partners and management

·

Support and lead strategic business initiatives assigned by management team (new product development, etc.)

We are seeking for high potential candidates to be evaluated in our team with the following qualifications;

·

University degree, preferably in Engineering or Management

·

3-5 years of experience, preferably in consulting, call center or similar environment

·

Strong sense of analytical and critical thinking

·

Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and diligent

·

Proactive and self-disciplined, taking initiatives when necessary

·

Experienced in quantitative data analysis, with deep actionable insights

·

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

·

Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially well-versed in Excel

·

Strong organization and time management skills

·

Ability to work until end of business day in the US
