We are looking for an Administrative Affairs COE Specialist to take part in Şişecam Headquarters located in Tuzla / Istanbul;
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative service operations such as facility and building management, cleaning services, technical services
- Fluent in English (Both written and spoken- Position requires active / best English skills)
- Sufficient experience in budget planning, financial control and/or audit
- Good command of SAP and MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills and having continuous improvement perspective
- Strong creativeness, analytical and reporting skills
- Eagerness to learn and inclined to teamwork.
- Deadline, delivery and performance oriented.
- Having a valid driving license and ability to drive
- No obstacle to travel
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Facility management (with the service model), managing of the Administrative Affairs processes, transportation and travel services, common field services, food, document and archive management, supplier and budget management, clothing usage processes management.
- Ensuring a standardization of administrative services in all domestic and foreign campuses, setting up necessary control mechanism and providing improver applications.
- Ensuring the service model transformation of classical administrative affair services. Preparing the common specifications categorically in the line of service standardization.
- Consolidating annual budgets for all cost items of Administrative Affairs Directorate in all local and global Şişecam premises. Conducting yearly budget controls and analysis.
- Creating audit plan and schedule for Supplier and Service Control to cover all global locations, taking necessary actions according to contract.
- Conducting improvement projects to control Administrative Affairs Operations and enable cost reduction.
- Compiling and analyzing data for management reports.
