Domestic / International After-Sales Service Engineer

About Us

We are an international manufacturer of industrial heat treatment furnaces, specializing in vacuum furnace technology. Our activities include engineering, manufacturing, commissioning and worldwide after-sales support for customers in Europe and international markets.

To strengthen our After-Sales Service team, we are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented professional who enjoys domestic / international travel and solving technical challenges at customer sites.

Required Qualifications

•Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical education.

•Minimum 4-5 years of experience in industrial machinery manufacturing, commissioning or field service.

•Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

•Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli (Gebze–Darıca) or the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

•Valid driver's license.

•No restrictions for frequent domestic and international business travel.

•Hands-on mentality and willingness to work independently at customer sites.

Technical Qualifications

•Good mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery.

•Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, industrial automation and PLC-controlled equipment (Siemens preferred).

•Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial cooling water systems.

•Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical and pneumatic drawings.

•Experience with industrial troubleshooting and fault finding.

•Basic knowledge of vacuum systems, pumps and gas handling systems is considered an advantage.

•Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is desirable but not mandatory.

•Experience with ERP systems and service documentation is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

•Carry out commissioning, installation and start-up of industrial heat treatment furnaces in Turkey and worldwide.

•Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and emergency service interventions.

•Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, automation and process-related technical issues.

•Provide remote technical support to customers and service partners.

•Coordinate service activities with engineering, automation, manufacturing and project management teams.

•Prepare technical service reports and maintain accurate service documentation.

•Support customers with spare parts identification, quotations and refurbishment opportunities.

•Conduct customer training on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

•Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and technical support.

•Collect field experience and provide technical feedback to engineering for continuous product improvement.

•Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and customer demonstrations when required.

•Participate actively in continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and technical standards.

•Report service activities, customer feedback and technical findings to management on a regular basis.
