QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Six Senses Kaplankaya presents a mosaic of architecture, history and art, and is within easy reach many famed archaeological sites. There are 141 guestrooms including six suites (75 in the main building and 66 Ridge Villas), all boasting stunning views to the Aegean Sea. Aegean & Mediterranean-inspired fresh, sustainable cuisine interwoven with Turkish elements and flavors is the overarching theme of three dining venues, introducing ‘Eat with Six Senses’ concept by sourcing local and fresh products. The expansive 10,000 square meter Spa, Fitness and Health & Healing Center offers guests and residents a truly integrative approach to optimal wellness. Six Senses Kaplankaya is an idyllic destination for celebrations. It also has facilities to accommodate team-building programs. With many excellent guest experiences on offer, the resort can customize activities to suit active guests and guests who prefer to simply sit back and relax.



Qualifications
  • Minimum Tourism High School degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role in luxury hotel brand.
  • Excellent command on both verbal and written in English
  • Additional languages are beneficial
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft applications
  • Provide exceptional guest service to all clients
  • Ability to work on different shifts according to the needs of the operations


İŞ TANIMI

Scope
  • Makes, reconfirms and verifies guest bookings
  • Checks and assists with the set up of daily operations of the spa reception according to Six Senses Spa standards
  • Provides service promptly, courteously and accurately
  • Requests and collects stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels
  • Studies and evaluates operations and procedures and suggests improvements to the management
  • Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa concentrating on front of house areas
  • Removes and replaces towels and amenities in the wet areas as needed
  • Ensures retail is offered appropriately to the guests
  • Participates in the sale or upselling of retail products, ensuring the retail target is achieved
  • Handles guest complaints and records all guest comments accordingly
  • Prepares guest bills
  • Prepares and displays spa beverages
  • Arranges cold/hot towels for the guest as necessary
  • Manages appointment cards or appointment schedules for the following day
  • Answers the telephone
  • May need to escort guests to and from the wet areas or as otherwise required.
  • Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
