IN-HOUSE CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL

Job description:
- Provision of full assistances on all legal matters that arise within the usual course of activity of a milk factory;
- Drafting of legal opinions on issues of Turkish law and international legal issues;
- Preparation of internal corporate documentation;
- Drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts (sale-purchase, rent, pledge, loan, etc.);
- Handling of intellectual property issues (registration of trademarks, patents, etc.);
- Legal support in all issues with respect to foreign investments in Turkey;
- Handling of legal disputes of company in courts, legal support at stage of enforcement of court decisions;
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations;
- Reporting to the Corporate Directorate on current status of legal issues and their outcome.

Requirements:
- Bachelor  law degree form reputable Turkish university;
- 3-6 years of legal experience as in- house counsel of Turkish corporate, trade, financial, investment and tax law and litigation;

- Experienced in the labour union law and enforcement law.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English (level: advanced) is a must, knowledge of Russian language will be considered as substantive advantage;
- Must be prompt, precise and accurate in legal responses;
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills, result-oriented;
- Authorized to practice in Turkey as a Lawyer is a must

Location of workplace: Karaman or İstanbul/Asia, Turkey
