What is the role?

 

We are looking for a CRM Consultant to take part in our Istanbul Kavacık office.

 

What you’ll be responsible:

·         Manage and monitor the evolution of a CRM system;

·         Interact with integration analysts/architects to understand software requirements and assess their impact on processes that support the application;

·         Manage application evolution needs and define solutions for new functionalities and integrations;

·         Prepare and test new versions of the CRM system;

·         Provide assistance for the escalation of incidents related to the use of the application as well as its local resolution;

·         Ensure effective communication with all levels of technical and departmental resources;

·         Interact with multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment

 

We are looking for a passionate talent who has;

 

  • Develop and demonstrate strong Microsoft Dynamics product skills.
  • Building the CRM forms, screens, and views, workflows, Dashboard and reports around the business needs for an interface
  • Developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML
  • Working with internal support, members to resolve customer's technical issues with Dynamics CRM
  • Estimating the completion of tasks and managing resource time
  • Distributing information on the latest CRM-related and technology news to the team members
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles preferred
  • Experienced in CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints
  • Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles, and teams
  • Min 3 years experience
