The Role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated and execution-focused operations specialist to drive our branding and awareness efforts in Turkey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to create brand visibility from the ground up, and can hustle to make things happen.

As a part of this role, you’ll be at the forefront of local branding: i.e. spreading awareness, driving on-ground activations, and working closely with the city operations team to ensure Porter becomes a household name in Turkiye. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done.

What You’ll Do:

• Spread awareness in hyperlocal markets by means of BTL and on-ground activations.

• Develop and manage the vendor ecosystem for procuring marketing collaterals.

• Create various types of merchandise and distribute it to customers and partners.

• Collaborate with central marketing teams (digital, creative) to assist with translations.

• Ensure seamless coordination between local execution and central brand strategy.
