SNOP, headquartered in France, is international company working in Automotive sector. We are looking for aQUALITY ENGINEER for our Kocaeli plant.Our expectations are;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from related Engineering Departments,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Quality Engineer in Automotive Industry,
• To have knowledge about basic automotive quality instrument; Control Plan, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Problem Solving (8D, etc.), QRQC knowledge,
• Customers Specific Requirements;  Project - Product Knowledge ; PPAP / ANPQP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA (Product, Process, etc.) information, project and process management,
• Project - Product and Process follow-up within the scope of Supplier Management; Execution of PPAP / ANPQP (Manufacturing Part Approval Process), FMEA (Product, Process etc.) activities, Initial sample approval process,
• Basic Project Development steps knowledge, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP),
• Analyze and understand all technical decisions made by the project team,
• Basic knowledge of Automotive Customer Specific Requirements and standards affecting the product line (IATF 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14001…),
• SAP knowledge is asset,
• Problem solving techniques, 3D measurement and technical drawing knowledge,
• Having advanced business follow-up and coordination skills, orientation skills in departmental duties,
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, 
• Fluency in English both in verbal and written,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Result oriented team player with interpersonal skills,
• No military obligations for male candidates,
• Living/willing to live in İzmit (shuttle available for İzmit, Başiskele, Gölcük, Derince, Kartepe area).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the use and archiving of up-to-date quality documentation, providing  on time customer requirements and supplier management,
• Handling and following up customer or supplier problems in line with customer demands and supplier management,
• Actively using modules that quality should use over SAP (blocking suspicious products, scrapping non-conforming products, etc.),
• Ensuring the implementation of internal standards (participating in document preparation, auditing and problem-solving activities),
• Support other quality activites.
