What skills do you have?

• Bachelor’s degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education & experience required
• 5+ years of professional human resources experience as an HR Generalist
• Experience in recruitment, performance and talent management
• Expert knowledge of HR practices and policy/procedures
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• HR experience in a technology organization is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Military service completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

What you will do?

• Recruitment: Following up recruitment requisitions from different domains within the company and manage the full process with using professional recruitment tools (competency based interview techniques, decision support tools; like personality inventory tests, general ability tests and assessment centers etc.).
• Monthly Reporting: Interpreting and analyzing monthly HR Management data to provide appropriate support and intervention solutions.
• Policy & Procedures: Supporting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures and provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to the domain’s management team and employees.
• Consultation: Providing consultancy services to leaders and employees by providing HR guidance regarding all HR functions like, recruitment, performance and talent management, career management etc.
• Special Projects: Working in a variety of human resource projects while transforming HR processes to the digital platforms. In addition to these projects, one of the most important project will be the annual employee engagement survey process which is managing within the company and responsible from preparing an engagement survey action plan after the survey and follow the approved actions within his/her domain.
