Treasury and Risk Management Executive

As Soudal Türkiye, we are looking for a “Treasury and Risk Management Executive” to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, or related fields
• 10–15 years of experience in treasury/finance departments, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge and experience in various types of loans, especially Eximbank loans
• Fluent in English (able to speak fluently with the Belgium headquarters)
• Proficient in SAP and capable of generating reports using SAP and Power BI
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel (Vlookup, Sum if, pivot tables, creating linked Excel files)
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally and understand internal customer needs
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing companies
• Experience in cheque collections, cheque payments, and Direct Debit System (DDS/DBS) collections
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and oversee all daily and strategic operations related to loans, cash management, and treasury
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Prepare cash flow budget projections
• Manage bank loan utilization based on cash flow needs, monitor credit limits, and execute related transactions
• Prepare monthly treasury reports for senior management
• Ensure all treasury operations and banking transactions are accurately recorded in the system
• Monitor collections and prepare related weekly reports
• Oversee the accounting processes of treasury operations
• Track and report incoming and outgoing cheques and promissory notes
• Monitor and manage bank guarantees (letters of guarantee)
• Ensure proper recording of POS transactions and control data transfers from virtual POS systems
• Working on SAP improvement projects with Belgium headquarters
• Provide analytical support and assistance to the Finance Director on various topics
