Technical Standardization Specialist

In our company operating in the Aviation Industry, we are looking for a qualified Technical Standardization Specialist to join our Line Maintenance Organization to align operations with national and international aviation regulations, maintain the MOE, and manage audits.

Qualifications and Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum 3–5 years in aviation quality, compliance, or regulations within a Part-145 maintenance organization,
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis, and proficiency in MS Office,
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish for technical writing and audit coordination,
• Residing or being able to live in Antalya,

Documentation & Regulation Management

• Update MOE: Lead the drafting, revision, and internal approval of the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
• Ensure compliance: Monitor EASA, DGCA (SHGM), and other civil aviation regulatory updates to assess operational impact.
• Integrate rules: Coordinate the practical implementation of new regulatory requirements within line maintenance.

Audit & Action Management

• Lead external audits: Manage preparations and represent the company during audits by civil aviation authorities and client airlines.
• Support internal reviews: Participate in internal audit programs and self-assessments to raise organizational compliance awareness.
• Resolve findings: Conduct root-cause analysis on audit non-compliances and track CAPA plans until full closure.

Safety Coordination

• Handle safety reports: Evaluate internal safety reports, investigate operational hazards, and manage their closure.
• Track SPIs: Monitor department Safety Performance Indicators and coordinate operational actions to meet safety goals,

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Regulations: Strong working knowledge of EASA Part-145, DGCA (SHGM) regulations, and SMS principles.
• Auditing: Proven experience managing internal/external audits and executing CAPA processes.
