Position: Business Development and Project Engineer
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will work to expand the market for Standis' design, engineering, design, and contracting services in the water, energy, and petrochemical sectors and create new business opportunities.
By understanding customer needs, you will develop unique solutions and create targeted marketing strategies for existing and potential customers.
As a Project Engineer, you will responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of engineering projects from conception to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Project engineers work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, technicians, and other professionals, to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market opportunities,
- Manage customer relationships, enhance existing customer satisfaction, and acquire new customers,
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analyses, and create marketing strategies,
- Identify potential Business Partners for collaboration and create collaboration agreements,
- Prepare cost and proposal with the support of other departments, conduct sales meetings, and lead contract negotiations,
- Set, monitor, and report sales targets,
- Work on technical work plans and engineering implementations of the projects,
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams.
Qualifications:
- University graduate degree from Mechanical, Industrial, and Energy Systems Engineering Departments,
- Experience in water, energy, and/or petrochemical sectors,
- At least 3 years of experience in project-related roles,
- At least 1 year of experience in business development and sales,
- Strong communication, marketing, and customer relationship skills,
- Team player, analytical thinker, and results-oriented,
- Proficient in proposal preparation, sales meetings, and contract negotiations,
- Willingness to travel,
- Fluent in English.
