We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our company,Jayanti Herbs & Spice. The responsibilities and qualifications for the position are listed below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with managerial experience,
• Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis,
• Good knowledge of accounting processes and practices,
• Knowledge of tax legislation and statutory financial requirements,
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning,
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and prepare management reports,
• Experience in managing cash flow, collection, and payment processes,
• Ability to manage relationships with banks, independent auditors, financial advisors, and other financial stakeholders,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel,
• Experience with ERP systems,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills,
• Advanced level of both written and spoken English,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel when required,

Job Description

• Manage, plan, and control the company’s financial operations,
• Ensure the efficient and accurate execution of daily finance activities,
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial plans, and cash flow forecasts,
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and present them to management,
• Analyze financial statements and provide management with financial insights to support decision-making,
• Manage the company’s cash flow, collection, and payment processes,
• Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions,
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable,
• Identify and assess financial risks and ensure appropriate actions are taken,
• Conduct cost and profitability analyses,
• Coordinate annual budgeting and budget revision processes,
• Ensure effective coordination between Finance, Accounting, and other relevant departments,
• Coordinate independent audit, tax audit, and other financial audit processes,
• Ensure compliance of financial processes with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation,
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations,
• Provide regular financial analysis and reports to senior management,
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments when required,
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
