STEP TURKEY which is established in Bursa/Turkey, a leading and growing Italian company in automotive industry, is looking for qualified engineers with experience in vehicle development sector.

The candidates should have the following qualifications to join Step Turkey team.

Experience in one or more sectors below:

· Automotive

· Truck

· Tractor

· Bus

· Vehicle Elec.

General Job Requirements

· University degree in related fields (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering

· Min. 2 years experience

· By position CATIA, Enovia, PLM, Capital, VESYS, Zuken knowledge

· Experience of development on following systems;

o Body – BIW

o Exterior trims

o Interior trims (hard and soft trim)

o 2D Documantation

o Spare Part Documantation

o Test Engineering Validation

o E/E (Cable layout, Software)

o Vehicle Entegration (Packaging)

o Automotive Project Management

o PWT

o Insolation

o Vehicle Architecture

· Good communication skills in English, German (is a plus)

· Good knowledge on Microsoft Office package

· Able to adapt to dynamic business environment

· Open and willing to personal development and with positive approach

· Military service must be completed for male candidates.
