Finance & Control Manager

We are looking for a "Finance & Control Manager" with the following qualifications to be appointed to the "Finance Department" in the Kocaeli location of our company, which is a leading global automotive supplier.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from related departments of universities like business, economics etc.,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry,
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP programs,
• Very good command of English,
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
• Active driving,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Residing or able to reside in Kocaeli,

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Preparing financial reports and presenting them to senior management,
• Preparing annual budget plans and conducting monthly actual-versus-budget variance analyses, 
• Cash flow management and control of financial risks 
• Management and oversight of general accounting processes (invoicing, banking, inventory, fixed assets, etc.) 
• Conducting month-end closing procedures and preparing monthly management reports,
• Ensuring that tax processes are carried out accurately and on time,
• Ensuring the development and implementation of internal control systems,
• Management of expense and cost control processes,
• Preparation of international reports in accordance with the standards, 
• Maintaining relationships with banks, audit firms, and government agencies, 
• Management and development of the finance and accounting team.
