Process Development Engineer

We are looking for “Process Development Engineer” candidates with following qualifications,

• Graduated from related Engineering Departments of universities (Mechanical, Automotive, Metallurgy and Materials, Chemical, Mechatronics Departments),
• Work experience in manufacturer companies is preferable,
• Having problem solving ability,
  
• Having high reporting, analysis and follow-up skills,
• Targeted and result oriented, Compatible with teamwork,
• Having high communication skills & willing to work with foreigners,
• Experienced in risk management, FMEA and control plan,
• Able to use MS Office Excel program in advanced level,
• Able to speak good level English,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Residing or able to stay in Çankırı or Ankara

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process Development Engineer will work in our Production Technical Department organization,
• To observe, analyze and manage production processes,
• To solve serial production problems, to determine the root causes and to take the necessary actions,
• To be responsible for production improvement methods that will reduce waste and loss time,
• To work in collaboration with other departments to ensure Total Quality Management,
• To prepare production specs and compounds.
