QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Industrial Enginering etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem solving skills, Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge and experienced with standards as IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001.

• Knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, SPC etc.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to travel abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

•       Leading the annual supplier audit plans through supplier performance criterias and results,

  • Follow up the supplier performance, in terms of delivery, quality and contractual items. Being single point of contact to solve the major issues between the supplier and related departments,
  • Leading the supplier development program, including safety, delivery, quality and cost aspects.
  • Work with Purchasing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented
  • Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule
  • Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances
  • Working to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply
  • Develop long-term supplier relationships and generate and implement cost reduction ideas
  • Strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects in an effort to increase the supplier capability.
  • Driving “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base
