Suwen, a leading figure in the lingerie industry, known for its superior design and production expertise, offering innovative, functional, affordably priced, and elegant designs catering to different lifestyles, is seeking a isual Merchandiser  to join its growing Marketing Directorate.

Job Description:

• Ensure the implementation of brand's visual standards in all stores, both in window displays and inside the store, through regular store visits
• Provide alternative layouts based on store types and product sales performance
• Follow up on store needs and requests by communicating with the relevant departments Analyze the store with a commercial perspective
• Plan material allocations for new store openings
• Standardize the central guide system in the field
• Report on the effects of region-specific new visual applications on customer shopping habits.

Qualifications:

• Preferably graduated from Fine Arts or Design departments of universities
• Experienced in Textile Retail
• At least 3-4 years of experience in visual merchandising
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and dynamic work environment
• Have no restriction to travel,
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Living in İstanbul
