About Job
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our newly opening restaurant, Commensa.
Qualifications:
Preferably a relevant diploma, internship, or training in Hospitality or restaurant management.
At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer skills, including MS Office and Micros system.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:
Prepare work schedules according to procedures.
Create a healthy atmosphere where staff can work happily and with maximum efficiency.
Fill out requisition forms for necessary materials from the warehouse.
Check daily reservation status and take necessary actions according to reservation details.
Conduct daily service meetings and ensure that the service staff's information is correct and complete.
Supervise the restaurant's compliance with hygiene standards and legal regulations.
Customer-oriented approach and high service quality understanding.
Ability to work in a team and possess leadership skills.
Ability to produce creative and innovative solutions.
