Purchasing Specialist

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing
• Experience in contract management
• Having knowledge of MC program is preferred
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
• Aware of business ethics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• For male candidates, military service should be completed
• Candidates should have a driving license class B and active driver

İŞ TANIMI

• Receiving all purchase requests and recording, following up PR’s approval
• Follow up Purchase requests
• Performs other duties assigned by his director.
• Follows up Purchasing Status.
• Revises of the Suppliers’ files, addresses and catalogues
• Participates to the meetings with other departments
• Prepares weekly report list and distributes to the departments.
• Having full responsibility of purchasing car, makes periodic maintenance
• Purchases of the small items which determines by Purchasing Director
• Prepares monthly personal shift package and attendance sheet
• Enters working schedule of the department to the computer.
• Follow up daily market list and give orders.
• Keep records of incoming and outgoing forms and distribute them
