Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector with the number of restaurants and customer volume it has opened. TAB Gıda is increasing its effectiveness day by day with the brands Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, Subway, which it incorporated after Burger King, and the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands it created.

We are looking for a "Senior Marketing Specialist" with the following qualifications to be employed in the Marketing Department of our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Owning and driving end-to-end brand marketing and communication strategies for Burger King, aligned with commercial targets and brand vision
• Leading ATL, BTL, digital and in-store communication activities with full accountability from idea to execution
• Acting as a key business partner to cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, Global)
• Leading innovation and product launch roadmaps, ensuring strong commercial rationale and execution
• Managing and optimizing marketing budgets, tracking ROI and performance impact
• Translating consumer insights, market research and sales data into clear action plans and growth opportunities
• Proactively identifying category, channel and segmentation opportunities to drive traffic, frequency and basket growth
• Managing and challenging external agencies and partners, ensuring speed, quality and brand consistency

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing with end-to-end brand communication
• Strong business acumen, with hands-on experience in budget management, P&L and performance tracking
• Ability to work comfortably in a high-speed environment
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
• Comfortable taking initiative, making decisions and owning outcomes
• Being a team-player and having strong collaboration skills
