Production Engineer

We are looking for "Production Engineer"  for our growing organisation, will take a role in tractor assembly area with the qualifications below;

• Graduated from Mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering departments 
• Minimum 3 years experience in production (assembly)
• Have experience in automotive, machine or production field  
• Fluency in English - both verbal and written
• Lean manufacturing experience is an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good team player, self-diciplined, result-oriented with planing and organization skills
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Locating Manisa, İzmir or willing to relocate

Job Description

• Ownership of the manufacturing process and develops improvements to increase robustness, reduce failures,
  
• Plan, supervise, optimize production process by identifying problems
• Will be responsible for the tractor production line
• Manage the team to achieve the respective departmental targets
• Participate in Internal / External quality system audit responsibilities
• To ensure adherence of process defined by Production Engineering Department  through engineering docs such as Operation standarts  and Quality control process charts
• To ensure assembly output per plan
• Identification of training needs for bluecollars and coordinate with HR
• Initiation of correction and implemet, corrective action for non conformance and suggestions identified in External / Internal audit
• To coordinate with R&D, Production Engineering Department for assembly of New products
• To coordinate with Production Engineering Department for work instruction / process checkpoints
• Assess Competency requirements and fulfill training needs of the personnel
