Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for quality engineers with the following qualifications for our company which works for automotive and white goods companies.

·         Graduated from Engineering faculties ( Mechanical, Industry, Automotive or Metallurgical/Materials Engineering departments ),

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality in the automotive industry,

·         Experienced in IATF 16949, Product & Process Auditing Knowledge of IATF core tools knowledge and experience about problem solving methods (8D, Fish bone, 5Why),

·         Knowledge of IATF core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP),

·         Having knowledge of technical drawing and measuring instruments,

·         Good command of MS Office,

·         Advanced level of English,

·         Prone to work with foreign nationals,

·         Compatible with teamwork and cross functional teams, 

·         Solution-oriented, patient, analytical thinking,

·         Able to drive an active vehicle,

·         No obstacle to travel,

·         Male candidates must have completed military service,

·         Living or able to live in Eskişehir

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         To develop, implement, deploy, review and improve Quality activities inline with company targets,

·         To systematically analyze the production, customer and supplier quality problems and to lead within the company for their solution,

·         Participate in solution team activities for improvement of quality performance in accordance with company requirements,

·         To support Quality Systems Improvement activities,

·         Working in new OEM projects and management of customer specific requirements implementations,

·         Following and revising documents, reports, tests within the scope of quality system documentation (FMEA, Control Plans, Standards, Instructions, etc.)

·         Handling of customers' feedbacks and audits.
