JOB DESCRIPTION

We are group of companies with more than 10 company members active in several industries (Food, Feed, Logistics, Plastics, Chemical, Commodity trading) and we are looking for a collaborative team member to join us in our Headquarters in Ankara.
To review evaluate commercial agreements, to join the contract negotiations and Drafting commercial contracts
To provide consultancy for variety of commercial issues that might bear legal consequences, assess legal risks, address issues mainly related to corporate law, debts law, commercial law and employment law.
To follow up the new laws, regulations related to company’s major activities and to submit legal consultancy to the directors, managers and the other personnel in order to implement laws, regulations and by-laws.
To represent company as an attorney at law before the Courts, governmental organizations, private institutions and individuals.
To follow up and manage all litigation, dispute resolutions, and settlement negotiations directly or with outside counsel/law firms.
Researching and analyzing the legislation on complex issues and writing and reports,
Candidates are also required to have experience on contract law (drafting and revising different types of contracts) and corporate law (including but not limited to establishment and liquidation of companies, preparing and realizing annual general meetings, establishing managerial and representation structures for companies).

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Law Universities,
At least 3 years experience as a Lawyer either in private practice,
Had worked on Corporate Law, commercial Law, Debts Law, employment law and Litigation,
Fluency in spoken and written English,
Excellent command of MS Office application,
Strong follow-up on multi tasks,
Proactive, teamwork oriented,
Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
Military service completion is a must for male candidates,
No travel restriction.
