QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TDK Technology (Vehicle Dynamics Control Technologies Inc.) was established in 2021 to design and develop national and in-house solutions in the field of safety and driving technologies. Our main fields are macro and micro level hardware, software and system solutions related to brake control systems and vehicle dynamics control systems. In this direction, we aim to advance our journey, which started with braking systems and components, to self-driving vehicle systems and safety & driving technologies for electric vehicles.

We are looking for a ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS SPECIALIST to join our management team, responsible for administrative and office management activities:

Responsabilities;

· Working directly with Management Team to establish and/or improve internal workflow/processes for daily routine activities in a newly established company such as; document management, communication within shareholders, inventory and assets management, monitoring basic accounting affairs.

· Manage all office management and administration activities of Head Office such as transportation operations, event, mobile mine, cargo etc.

· Follow-up of relations with subcontractors and stakeholders (including security, cleaning, Teknokent Administration, etc..)

· Ensuring the selection of suppliers and issuing purchase orders for office supplies and various needs. Monthly office budget tracking and reporting.

· Manage the document gathering process required for visa procedures, and coordinate travel and accommodation by making flight, bus and hotel reservations.

· Ensuring the procurement of IT supplies through the IT team or supervisor.

· Working closely with the General Manager within the scope of budget, contributing support for the annual budget plans of related department and the company.

· Compare and follow the estimated and actual budget up for related department and preparing relevant budgetary reports,

· Managing the administrative documents such as Power of attorney, circular of signature, etc. and responsible for keeping these documents UpToDate,

· Ensuring coordination with the pre-accounting responsible and managing the invoicing processes

Required Qualifications:

· A relevant university degree, preferably in Engineering or a similar discipline from a reputable university

· Proficiency in English

· At least 4 years’ experience in similar field

· Awareness of company management in corporate and operational level (Accounting, procurement of office supplies)

· Commercial awareness / able to contribute to commercial issues

· Experience on accounting transactions

· Proficiency in office IT suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

· Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously.

· Effective problem identification and solution skills and ability to lead programs / projects.

· Capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment.
